The Shirettes – Hanukkah Concert
Temple Etz Chaim will host a free community concert for Hanukkah on Sunday, December 6th at 5 PM featuring the sensational trio, The Shirettes. The music program will include popular Shirettes’ original songs, as well as traditional Hanukkah tunes, designed to engage and involve the audience.
The Shirettes formed in 2001 with Sue Epstein, Judy Farber, and Ditza Zakay. They have created catchy melodies and beautiful harmonies to convey Jewish concepts to young children. They are the premiere music educators among Early Childhood Centers in the Jewish communities of Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, and Conejo Valley.
Admission is free for all ages, however, RSVP’s are appreciated. Please email dena@templeetzchaim.org to reserve your spot. The community Hanukkah concert will also feature a menorah lighting, and delicious Hanukkah treats will be served. The concert will be held in the Paskow Sanctuary at Temple Etz Chaim, 1080 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks, 91360.
