REC Lunches with Machers: Tour of Culver Studios with Michael Hackman (YALA) (REC)
On Tuesday, June 3rd, join us for a tour of Hackman Capital Partners recently acquired Culver Studios. The 358,203 square foot studio site includes 13 sound stages, luxury workspace and screening rooms. The studio was built in 1918 by silent movie producer Thomas Ince and was later purchased by producer and director Cecil B. DeMille.
Michael D. Hackman founded Hackman Capital Partners in 1986 and serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Michael has more than 35 years of experience in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of real estate and capital assets. Michael began his real estate career in 1978 at Majestic Realty, one of the nation’s largest and most successful developers of industrial and commercial real estate.
Michael has successfully completed hundreds of real estate transactions and capital asset liquidations across four continents, representing in excess of $1 billion in value. He has deep expertise in all aspects of real estate and capital asset distressed investing.

Cost: $18 for Chai Society Members making a minimum gift of $180 to the community through the 2014 Annual Campaign before the event; Kosher lunch will be served
