“God on Trial” Screening for Yom Hashoah

In observance of Yom Hashoah, the Sephardic Educational Center will screen the film “God on Trial.” Set in the Auschwitz death camp, “God on Trial” portrays the intense theological drama of Jewish inmates on death row, who, in seeking to understand why God has seemingly abandoned them, proceed to put God on trial. Program will include a brief pre-screening ceremony, and a discussion led by Rabbi Daniel Bouskila following the film. The community is invited to attend.
