We are changing our brand. We say “brand” because our look, logo, colors, and even our name is getting an update. But it’s more than that. It’s really about all of us, together.
We’re calling ourselves JFEDLA (but you can still say Jewish Federation Los Angeles or the Federation). We want to feel less stuffy and more innovative. Casual enough to feel welcoming, but clear about who we are and where we live.
We pulled colors from the unique palette of Los Angeles so that our Federation is as vibrant as the hues of home. We chose the blues of the sky and ocean along with the yellows and oranges of the sun and sand so that our Federation celebrates the special place that is L.A.
We kept our flame. Based on the eternal flame of old, it has brightened our city for over a hundred years. Our flame shines now more than ever, with the “F” for Federation rising like a light, because of the work we do together. In a few days, we’ll bring it to life with a launch video. Stay tuned!
Our new brand is more than a color scheme and a font. JFEDLA is bringing our work closer to our community through greater transparency, inclusivity, and new pathways to Jewish life, together. Our new brand is about all of us. Because your traditions are our traditions, your community is our community, your concerns are our concerns, and your kids are our kids. Your values are our values, and together, we put them in action.
JFEDLA. Your Values in Action.
