Last Saturday, nearly 1,000 young Jewish professionals came together to celebrate Israel’s 65th Independence Day at the UNITE “Blue and White Party”—and it was all the rage! Our Israeli pride could not be contained and thanks to the power of social media, our collective spirit reached thousands more.
Our VIP Host and Miss Israel International, Yael Markovich, said it was the “best Israeli Independence Day party I’ve ever been to!” And the five Israeli Members of Knesset who joined us said they couldn’t believe such a large party could take place outside of Israel.
With tunes from DJ Aviel and singer Liyah Lapidot, and Tribal BODY Markings offering a uniquely powerful experience, it was a night we’ll never forget. UNITE was presented by Jewish Federation Los Angeles, the Jewish Agency for Israel and the Israeli Consulate. We thank the incredible number of organizations that joined together to help sponsor this event — over 40 groups in all.

From 10 AM – 7 PM, this festival features bands, a Salute to Israel Walk, fun activities and rides for kids, arts and crafts, local food and a beer garden!
