Forty post-undergrads joined us in celebration of Tu B’Shvat, the birthday of the trees and celebration of nature. We were joined by experts from Mickey Hargitay Plants, who led guests in honoring Tu B’Shvat traditions by creating their own succulent arrangements and teaching them how to care for their plants. Guests could also infuse their own cocktails and mocktails with herbs and fruits, and enjoy a plant-based meal made up of the seven species, which are customary to eat during the holiday.
