Life Transitions
Spend an enriching day making new friends, finding new directions, getting and giving support, and participating in stimulating conversations on important life transitions. Licensed counselors and life coaches will facilitate breakout sessions on the following life transitions: Transitions to Adulthood, The Journey of Aging, Single Life at Any Age, The Challenge of Retirement, Coping with Unemployment, Living as an Empty Nester, Caring for Aging Parents, Challenges of Remarriage and Blended Families, Dealing with Health Issues
Other Information: Program fee is $15/person. Kosher vegetarian lunch included. Free parking. Program is open to all women including members of the LGBTQ community.
