Last May, I wrote to you about the high-impact work we were doing with our partners to create meaningful Jewish summer plans for our youth — camp, internships, preparations for college, and trips to Israel.
This May, I am writing you to let you know that in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, our commitment to our young people remains a top priority. We are working with our partners to create new opportunities. We will respond to our young people’s concerns and to the extraordinary disruption they are all facing.
When we say, “We Are Here”, we mean we are here for our whole community — from our youngest to our most senior — and always caring for our most vulnerable in crisis and every day, 365 days a year.
This is a crisis that has impacted all of us, and we will get through this together.
