This past Friday night, 3 lucky community members shared their Shabbat with television star and comedian Bob Saget. They entered our Shabbat Dinner with Bob Saget sweepstakes, and made donations to our Federation for the opportunity to have this unique experience.
Our 3 winners were Brad Cohan of Woodland Hills, Deena Eberly of Beverly Hills and Carol Beatty of Hermosa Beach. “The evening was so much fun! Great company, great conversation and delicious food. Thanks to Bob Saget, Jay Sanderson, and The Jewish Federation. A Shabbos I’ll always remember!” said Carol.
The dinner was held at the Luxe Hotel in Brentwood, and each of our winners was allowed to bring a guest. We thank Got Kosher for generously donating a challah to each of our winners and Bob.
Thank you to everyone who entered the sweepstakes. Though you didn’t win dinner with Bob, your donations are supporting the important work of our Federation caring for Jews in need, engaging with the community and ensuring the Jewish future.
