ROAM Los Angeles Kickoff and Free Krav Maga Class

CSS is happy to announce that we are now recruiting candidates to join our specialized ROAM training program for an inaugural Los Angeles chapter.

We are hosting two in-person info sessions and free krav maga classes:
Monday, July 22 in the City at 7 pm
Monday, July 29 in the Valley at 7 pm
The sessions are open to young professionals who are interested in securing LA’s Jewish community at community events. ROAM includes professional security training, and is open to qualified members of the community, regardless of synagogue affiliation. Dairy dinner will be served.

Some highlights about the ROAM program:

– Young Professionals program (no fixed age limit)
– Protects Jewish events in the LA area and supports regional security operations
– 8-9 week security training course, once a week, on a weeknight
– In-depth security theory training
– Krav maga self defense training from a highly skilled instructor
– Training location varies by topic, usually mid-Wilshire, Pico Robertson, and SFV
– Limited space available
– Great opportunity to volunteer and help protect our community
– No previous relevant work experience or self defense training needed
– Will begin late August
– Provided at no cost to participants
