3:30pm – Lil’ Hands Challah Bake
Hands-on challah making and storytelling catered to kids 5 and under.
6:30pm – All Ages Challah Bake
Braid challah as a community and swap stories as we prepare for the arrival of Shabbat.

Friday, August 26
4:30pm – Fun-Size Shabbat
Music and ruach with singer Kira Rappaport, perfect for fun-size humans age 5 and under. Siblings welcome!
5:30pm – Community Dinner & Kabbalat Shabbat
An early bird sip of wine, appetizers, and dinner, followed by our Kabbalat Shabbat service with the KM Choir & Band.

10:00am – Shabbat Morning
Join us in song and in psalm, followed by a New York style kiddush luncheon.

2:00pm – 4:00pm – A Taste of the High Holidays
Preparations and reflections with a delicious twist! Sample various types of honey | Attend a live bee-keeping demo | Make your own high-end silk challah cover | Pull up a seat at the Rabbi’s table for holiday insights and good humor | Indulge in baked goods and specialty cocktails (and mocktails!)
