33rd Congressional District Debate

Henry Waxman was first elected to represent West Los Angeles and Beverly Hills in Congress almost thirty years ago.  Now two candidates, Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Elan Carr and California State Senator Ted Lieu are fighting to replace him to represent California’s 33rd Congressional District. 

The debate is being hosted by the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, and jointly presented by KPCC Southern California Public Radio and the Jesse M. Unruh Instituite of Politics at the University of Southern California. The event is co-hosted by the Anti Defamation League and the American Jewish Committee.

For security purposes, you must register in advance online.  Please be prepared to provide ID upon arrival and to go through security at entrance.
