Mediation in Jewish and Contemporary Law and Practice
This MCLE session will highlight key ethical and malpractice issues in dispute resolution through integration of classical Jewish texts and contemporary civil law and practice.
The session will be co-taught by Rabbi Dr. Daniel Roth, director of the Pardes Center for Judaism and Conflict Resolution, and L.A. mediator, Dan Ben-Zvi, of ADR Services.
