THE JEWISH FEDERATION OF GREATER LOS ANGELES LAUNCHES CAMPUS IMPACT NETWORK TO ADDRESS ANTISEMITISM ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES

The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles launches Campus Impact Network to address antisemitism on college campuses. The program aims to support Jewish college students in LA, empower student leaders, promote a positive view of Israel, and strengthen advocacy efforts. Federation Cares for the Jewish Community in Ukraine

The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles closely monitors the Ukraine conflict, ensuring the safety of Jews in the region. Partnering with the JDC and the Jewish Agency for Israel, they provide aid and community-building programs. Support is also given to Russian-speaking Jews in Los Angeles with loved ones in the region. Together, they strive for peace and the well-being of all Jews.

Meet our NuRoots Fellows – passionate community connectors and creative concierges working to spark unique Jewish journeys and an openness to Jewish life. They meet young adults one-on-one, fueling self-exploration and connecting them to meaningful Jewish experiences. Fellows collaborate with community members to produce innovative and remixed Jewish gatherings, empowering and inspiring young adults to take ownership of their own visions of Judaism.

The BAR Center at the Beach Groundbreaking in Venice Beach marks the start of an exceptional upgrade for the neighborhood. With a vision to be a multigenerational community center, the planned structure designed by renowned architect Hagy Belzberg will offer dynamic programming and creative Jewish engagement. Construction begins in the second half of 2018.
