Our Future With Loss

Sylvia Weisz Women’s Philanthropy invites you to join us via Zoom for our Spring Pritzker event, Our Future with Loss, on Wednesday, April 7th, at 11:00 AM featuring Rabbi Steve Leder, Senior Rabbi of Wilshire Boulevard Temple and accomplished author. In conversation with our Federation’s Chief Program Officer Becky Sobelman-Stern and set in the context of his new book, The Beauty of What Remains, Rabbi Leder will emphasize the role of the woman in guiding family through grief. Just recently published in January of this year, the book is a deeply moving depiction of the beauty we find along life’s often painful journey.
